This application is for high school seniors. You must have successfully completed at least one year of the ICYCF
Mentorship and Scholarship Program (the “Program”) in order to apply for
ICYCF scholarship funds. Completing the following application makes you eligible to receive an annual scholarship of up to $2000 from ICYCF, but does not guarantee that any scholarship funds will be awarded.
You may be eligible to receive ICYCF scholarship funds for EACH YEAR you attend college (up to 4 years) depending on your continued participation in the Program during college. Scholarships will be awarded in the sole discretion of the ICYCF Board based on a demonstrated commitment to the Program, the extent of needed financial assistance, and on other individual factors deemed relevant from time to time by the ICYCF Board.
All scholarship awards will be communicated in writing to the applicant by May 30, 2016.
